Gulgula (mini donuts)
Makes roughly 6-8 gulgula’s
- ½ cup of Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- Pinch of salt
- Oil to fry
- In a bowl add all dry ingredients.
- Make a well and add Almond Breeze Almond Milk and mix together.
- You will have a firm dough, roll into 6-8 balls.
- Fry each side until golden brown.
- Drain and enjoy with honey.
